Privacy policy

STEMLINE LLC ("Stemline", "we", "us") provides business software to wholesalers ("customers"). This policy explains what information we handle and how we use it.

Information we process

• Account information customers give us, such as the names, email addresses and phone numbers of their staff.
• Business records customers keep in Stemline, such as orders, invoices, inventory, and contact details of their buyers and suppliers.
• Messages and calls sent to or from a customer's business by SMS, WhatsApp, email or phone, when the customer connects those channels.
• Technical data, such as logs and device information, needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

We use this information only to provide the service to our customers: to show their records, deliver their messages, take orders on their behalf, and keep the service working and secure. We process messages and contact details on behalf of the customer who connected them, and that customer decides how they are used.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that run parts of the service for us, such as hosting, database, messaging and telephony providers (including Twilio and Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform), payment processors and AI model providers, and only as needed to provide the service or when the law requires it.

Retention and deletion

We keep information while the customer's account is active or as the customer directs. Customers can ask us to delete their data. People whose information a customer holds can ask that customer, or us, to delete it.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, integration credentials are encrypted at rest, and each customer's data is kept separate from every other customer's.
